1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Vyacheslav Igorevich Khamadeev, TIN 550718820140 (the “Administration”), and any person (the “User”) using the website thescouts.ru (the “Site”).
1.2. The Site is an information resource — an interactive map of places (coffee shops, restaurants, bars and other venues) with descriptions, opening hours and other details about them. The Site’s functionality may be extended in the future.
1.3. Using the Site means the User unconditionally accepts these Terms in full. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must refrain from using the Site.
1.4. The Terms constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.5. The Administration may unilaterally change the Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. Changes take effect upon publication.
2.1. Registration is required to access certain features of the Site (adding places to favourites).
2.2. During registration the User provides an email address. The User must provide accurate information.
2.3. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions performed under their account.
2.4. The User must immediately notify the Administration at hello@thescouts.ru of any unauthorised use of their account.
2.5. The Administration reserves the right to block or delete the User’s account if the User violates these Terms.
2.6. If the User is a minor under 14, registration is allowed only with the consent of their legal representative.

4.4. The Administration may, at its discretion, edit, moderate or refuse to publish User Content without giving reasons.
4.5. The Administration is not liable for the accuracy of User Content or for losses arising from the use of such content.
5.1. All Site materials created by the Administration (design, texts, logos, the database of places) are intellectual property of the Administration or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Use of Site materials without the Administration’s written consent is prohibited, except as provided by applicable law.
6.1. The Site is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in court at the Administration’s location.
