Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of the website thescouts.ru, by ticking the corresponding box when signing in to the Site, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Individual Entrepreneur Vyacheslav Igorevich Khamadeev (TIN 550718820140, OGRNIP 326784700102349, email hello@thescouts.ru), the “Operator”, my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Which data

• email address;
• my account details: registration date, date and time of sign-in, list of favourite places;
• the content of forms I submit on the Site: place suggestions, reports of inaccuracies;
• when submitting a request to manage a place listing: TIN (ИНН) of the individual entrepreneur or organisation, place details, the content of correspondence with moderation and the attachments I add;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device details, session data.

2. For what

• signing in to the Site via an email link and maintaining the account;
• storing the list of favourite places;
• receiving and verifying ownership requests, correspondence about the request, granting access to edit the place listing;
• service notifications by email: sign-in link, messages about new letters in the correspondence and decisions on the request;
• receiving and reviewing place suggestions and reports of inaccuracies;
• keeping the Site working and protecting it from abuse.

3. Which actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with the use of automation.

4. To whom it is transferred

The Operator does not transfer my personal data to third parties, except for the parties that provide the Operator with infrastructure in the Russian Federation: Timeweb LLC (hosting, storage of attachments, sending emails) and Yandex.Cloud LLC (storage of place photos), and in cases expressly provided by law.

5. Term

The consent is valid from the moment it is given until withdrawn. Retention periods for individual categories of data are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://thescouts.ru/en/privacy.html).

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to hello@thescouts.ru from the email address I used to sign in. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes my data within 30 days, except for data it must keep by law. Withdrawal leads to deletion of the account: signing in, favourites and correspondence will become unavailable.

7. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://thescouts.ru/en/privacy.html) and that the email address I provided belongs to me.

The Operator records the fact and date of consent and the version of this text.
